Role Overview: As a Childcare provider at SheWorks, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in our care. You’ll develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
Qualifications:
Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience in early childhood education
Passion for child development
Ability to create a nurturing and engaging environment
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Knowledge of safety and child protection guidelines

About the Role: As a Teacher's Aid, you’ll support our Childcare Teachers in delivering engaging and educational experiences for the children. Your role will include assisting with activities, preparing materials, and helping maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Qualifications:
Passion for working with children, experience in a childcare setting (preferred)
Supportive, patient, and team-oriented
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to safety and wellbeing
